We all have times in our lives where we need support to retain our equilibrium, handle large life events, ground our energy and self-nurture... or shift our energy, express, get creative.
Getting to know your medicine is putting in the effort and focus before you need it... so when you're heartbroken, scared, anxious, stuck or bored you have already noted and practiced the tools and tricks that work for you.
I like to imagine it as an old fashioned leather doctor's bag... that you can open and look inside to select the medicine you need at that moment. Whatever it is that supports you to retain your centre or heal your heart or shift your attitude.

What we cover
Lesson 1: WHY DO YOU NEED TO YOU KNOW YOUR MEDICINE?
One of the most empowering things we can do as humans is to know what we need, when we need it and give it to ourselves.
Lesson 2: DEFINING THE MOMENTS YOU NEED YOUR MEDICINE
This lesson guides you to look at your own life and define the moments when you need something to support you in some way. This is different for everyone. You are unique and what you need will be different to other people.
Lesson 3: DISCOVERING WHAT BELONGS IN YOUR MEDICINE KIT
This is the fun part! This lesson is a meditation process to guide you into a conversation with your body. Your body knows exactly what you need, every single time but most of us have lost the ability to hear what it’s asking for.
Bonus Lesson: RESOURCING PRACTICE
This simple practice was shown to me many years ago as a way to ground yourself during times of stress, anxiety or other experiences where reminding yourself you are safe is beneficial.
